I'm getting sick of the alcoholic next door to me complain how messed up he is, then state he should kill himself. He stopped drinking for 100 day's when he first moved next door to me, but in the back of my mind I thought that this could become a problem. Now it is, and all my neighbor's have tried to relate to him and help him, but he won't stop drinking.

I don't know what to do anymore.

The alcoholic, who I used to live next to in an apartment, made life very unpleasant for me with his loud music and bad temper.
