CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Seek the broken-hearted and the sorrow of my sister here. I pray that You guide her, LORD. I plead for You to strengthen her in these moments. I know that she is confused and feeling lost. LORD, let You fill her heart with the most love she ever feel. Hold her when she goes to sleep. And wipe her tears when she cries. My Jesus, be with her! I pray that You be with her and show her that You are there. You are her Friend. Be with her and cover her heart with Your love! Remind her consistantly of You. In Jesus I pray.....amen...amen...amen!

I don't think it is much comfort, but we don't know the full picture,I am a LITTLE older then you (I think),but I remember thinking I loved someone along time ago,I thought my heart was broken when he was'nt interested in me,now I see he would never have been my soul mate,trust in the lord ,hold your head up high,there is someone out there who is waiting to love you,even if you don't find anyone,God loves you!!I will pray for god to give you peace,Chris.

Although the pain is still there, it's not as intense as it was in the beginning. God is showing me that His mercies are new every morning and through this difficulty, there are lessons being learned through this experience. The sad thing is, I don't know how long it will be for me to start trusting a guy again. I guess in time......
