Don't be embarrassed. Most men have or do struggle with this though this is probably something you should post in the "mens" forum so you can get good advice from other men who have or do struggle with the same thing. You certainly aren't alone. For most men this is a way of life... christian men don't do it or struggle to stop.

Very very few men can say that haven't or don't struggle with it.
