I like the start but what is your impacts?
First, if homosexuals are not to blame that who or what is?
Second, why is blaming homosexuals a bad thing?
Third, what is a foreseeable course of action to take to solve this problem?

Would it hurt you too deeply if I decided to blame Catholics for all the world's problems, and the nigh-extinction of my people? (I'm a native American for those wondering).

But that's not fair, given you didn't actively participate in the wholesale slaughter.

Why does one blame gay people for the world's problems? Because they're too stuck up to realize they might be part of the 'problems' to?

Yes. We came over through the Bering. But that was an extremely long time ago. We've been on the American continent more than long enough to proclaim it our own.

I find it ironic that people who supposedly came bearing the concept of own-able private property have so little qualms about depriving land from prior inhabitants. If, as you say, no one has original claim to america, then illegal immigrants have just as much right to live in america as legal american citizens.

Well, first off the reasons are given for Sodom & Gomorrah's destruction in the Bible, homosexuality is not listed. (I forget the actual verse, can anyone recall it? It is elsewhere from the main story.)
The reason given is the people's failure to keep the hospitality laws, if I remember correctly.

I'm not sure who is to blame for this "dark" in America. My thoughts are that you should look to your economic system. The dollar is prized above all else, above morality, truth, individual rights etc. This seems to be where the problem lies, not in someone's sexuality.

The culture of greed and consumerism cheapens life till we are nothing more than spending robots, gathering useless items we don't really need and hoarding them.

I'm aware it's difficult to discuss alternative economic systems in America as there is constant pro-capitalist anti-everything else propaganda that people grow up with. But it would be a good thing to look into.

If the problem in Sodom and & Gomorrah was all homosexuality then God would have no reason to destroy the city because there would not have been that messy by product of children and the society would have just ended all by its self. I mean if the whole city was a homosexual paradise then there would have been no children.

you must view my comment in light of medical science not being advanced enough some 5000 years ago to bless us with your existence
