StarCraft is the best multi-player game. It is simple, but has a limitless number of possible strategys, like a big game of chess. I mostly play Protoss, with lots of carriers (12-15), but I play Zerg too.

I finally got StarCraft: Broodwars up and running on my computer. If anyone would like to game some time please pm me. My skills are still a bit rusty, so just bare with me.

Right on. I'm all about Terrans. The Medic and Seige Tanks are too good. The only annoying thing is in Broodwar the Protoss Scouts had an attack about as powerful as a Battlecruiser.

i voted protoss i have only played the first version and havent seen ne thing on brood wars but i am excited about the xbox version even though its gonna be different from the rest

I want to play someone give me a ring sometime, though I don't have brood wars. Did you know starcraft was the effort of the folks at blizzard inspired by the movie aliens and trying to make something similar suited to RTS, likewise ID said the same thing about Doom, except they chose hideous demons and um..zombies...interesting.

Terran: Wraith
Low cost. Potent firepower in large groups. Cloaks

Zerg: Hydralisk
A few of these can take out a carrier. Low cost, low tech.

Protoss: Carrier
12 of these with 8 interceptors each are very potent, and well worth the cost in a long game.

Wowness, I've been playing that game for years!
I think Terran is most powerful. I'm a BGH player
I usually go random tho. I love taking the whole map when i'm terran. Lots of good strategies.

If not for the extremely limited resources, it might be fun.

I am a big fan of protoss myself. There are just so many potent drop combos with them, especially when dealing with opponents resource lines. Nothing quite as satisfying or as infuriating as pulling off/being a victim of a good reaver or storm drop.
