  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Scheduled to release in theaters in the United States and Canada, with a near-simultaneous release around the world, on Thursday, May 19, 2005. In Japan, Episode III will be released in July.

I actually enjoyed part I and II and am looking forward to part III. I just hope it lives up to the hype that the others didn't really deliver for most. Can't be too bad as long as they totally get rid of the "mesa" Jar Jar Binks annoying fellow. A smaller part than the one he had in part II would suit me fine. ;)

Are you looking forward to seeing it as well?
Do you think it will be awesome or will you demand your money back?
Once part III is come and gone, do you think they'll continue with the series / franchise?

God bless!

I'll see it, because I liked someparts of the other preqels, plus, this is the part of the story that I (and most other fans) have been waiting for since we found out who Luke's father really is. How could I possibly miss it!?!

Lets face it no matter how much we cannot stand it, Star Wars is marketed to the younger generation. In the old trilogy you had the Droids,Yoda and the Ewoks that played silly parts and most of us saw the OT in theaters as Kids and loved it. In the NT you have the Droids and Jar Jar that play silly parts and as we are much older now we think that George Lucas has lost his mind. Star Wars has always had mediocre acting, poor dialogue but a great story and I will definately be there on opening day to see Eppy 3.
