  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.
  • We hope the site problems here are now solved, however, if you still have any issues, please start a ticket in Contact Us

The last few national tastes tests I’ve seen, Starbucks has rated well down the list. But they keep sucking people in the door.

They're waaaaay overpriced, the products are disgusting, the owner is pompous (wasn't he going to run for President?) and their customer service is downright "porcupine-ish".

HOW do they DO this?

I don't drink that swill anyway: overpriced and underperforming. I make better coffee at home for pennies.
This always cracks me up. Starbucks is for when you’re not at home.

Lol, I’ve found a way to get a quality espresso-like syrup from my Mr. Coffee, but I admit to using Starbucks beans

I go not for the coffee but for the social aspect. One never knows what friends will be encountered

I thought the Starbucks cup you posted about the other day was bad....check out this 2015 cup sleeve.

Starbucks seasonal cups through the years

It actually reads "Hail Satan" over and over.
This comes from CBS News --- a highly respected new broadcast.
I can't stand Starbucks....but Starbucks didn't create that sleeve. Read the cotton-pickin' words next to the picture:
"Weird Al Yankovic put his red cup in a sleeve emblazoned "Hail Satan" and tweeted a photo with the caption: "Okay, Starbucks, NOW you've gone too far."

Weird Al "created" that sleeve photo as a joke. Read this:
Weird Al Yankovic turned my hand into a hilarious Satanic Starbucks red cup meme
