Community Team (Non-Staff) Assistance ​

​

--Discuss with Community Teams any issues that are occurring in their area and amongst members.
--Discuss with these members ways on how to find solutions to these issues/problems.
--Based on the solutions, compile a list of requests from Member Teams.
--Present solution requests to the Advisors and help assist in ranking which solution requests should be handled first based on solution request date and urgency of the issue.
--Report these requests to the Tech Crew and observe when they are taken care of.
--Keep the Advisors and the Community Teams up-to-date on what the Teach Crew is handling and if they can provide the solution request or not.

Report Bugs Forum & Suggest New Features Forum Assistance​

--Review the Report Bugs forum for any issues that the Tech Crew actually has to fix.
--Review the Suggest New Features forum for any suggestions that may help improve the site.
--Make an organized list of these issues and suggestions, which should be presented to the Advisors for review.
--If a Staff member can answer any questions in this forum, contact them about the thread.
--Assist Advisors in ranking the bugs based on date found and urgency of the issue.
--Report these requests to the Tech Crew and observe when they are taken care of.
--Keep the Advisors and these two forums up-to-date on what the Tech Crew is handling and if they can provide the bug fix or new feature.

Suggest New Forums Forum & New Forum Creation Assistance​

--Review the Suggest New Forums forum for any suggestions from members and staff.
--Post a thread in the SA/Admin Conference Room about the new suggestion, so it can be discussed. Provide an explanation as to why members are in need of this forum.
--Forward any accepted new forums to FatBurger for it to be created.
--Close any threads that are not accepted, providing an answer as to why it was not accepted.
