 Luke 19:40 And he answered and said unto them, I tell you that, if these should hold their peace, the stones would immediately cry out.

Does anyone else LOVE spring like I do? I mean, of all the seasons, spring has the most spirituality to me! Spring is when we celebrate Easter, the resurrection, and nature screams, I MEAN SCREAMS re-birth! ! I like how it was sung in "Jesus Christ Superstar" when Jesus was riding the donkey into town.
Hosanna
CROWD Hosanna Hey Sanna Sanna Sanna Hosanna
Hey Sanna Hosanna
Hey JC, JC won't you smile at me?
Sanna Hosanna Hey Superstar

CAIAPHAS Tell the rabble to be quiet, we anticipate a riot.
This common crowd, is much too loud.
Tell the mob who sing your song that they are fools and they are wrong.
They are a curse. They should disperse.

CROWD Hosanna Hey Sanna Sanna Sanna Hosanna
Hey Sanna Hosanna
Hey JC, JC you're alright by me
Sanna Hosanna Hey Superstar

JESUS Why waste your breath moaning at the crowd?
Nothing can be done to stop the shouting.
If every tongue were still the noise would still continue.
The rocks and stones themselves would start to sing:

CROWD and JESUS Hosanna Hey Sanna Sanna Sanna Hosanna
Hey Sanna Hosanna
Hey JC, JC won't you fight for me?
Sanna Hosanna Hey Superstar

JESUS Sing me your songs, But not for me alone.
Sing them for yourselves, For you are blessed.
There is not one of you who can not win the kingdom.
The slow the suffering, The quick the dead.

CROWD and JESUSHosanna Hey Sanna Sanna Sanna Hosanna
Hey Sanna Hosanna

Every bursting forth of every bloom, every springing up of every blade, every sweet song of every bird is all a natural shout of praise by the created to the Creator!

In honor of Spring and The One Who made it possible, I'm going to praise and sing my heart out! Won't you join me? :amen:

Tell us about spring in your little corner of the world. I am in Southwestern Ohio, USA. Spring here is warm, then hot, then cold, then rainy, then sunny, sometimes snowy, then cloudy. It's like a total mixture of all the seasons. We do get a lot of rain in spring. When the trees and shrubs start blooming they look 'fuzzy'. First there's just a smidge of green on the browns and grays and before you know it, there's color! Yellow forsythia, purple, white and yellow crocus, white and pink dogwood and on and on. I love spring in Ohio. Where are you and what's your spring like?

Hi there Singz4Him. Yes I love spring and thank you for your inspiring post. All those miracles of spring, new life, thousands of different flowers, all perfect in their own way. How blessed we are and what wonderful gifts God has given us, that are all too easily taken for granted. I live in Manchester in England. Spring at the moment is pretty mixed weatherwise. But we have had the golden daffodils, now we are getting the begonias in their multi colours of white, pink (in dozens of shades), red, purple and orange. The geraniums have started to show and the trees all have buds on. I love it. What a multitude of flowers we have to pick for our gardens. I believe it is yet another way that God has shown His great love for mankind.

Amen, Sister-Friend! I have a deep desire to come to England someday. My husband does not share that desire, but rather quite the opposite! My roots are English, Dutch, German and Irish. I keep having this daydream about a cottage in a rural area surrounded by greens and colorful flowers with window boxes and a dirt and stone path to the front door. It's probably an image leftover from childhood stories someone read to me or a picture I saw in a book. Thank you for sharing, though, it made me think of my "favorite imaginary place" again! :) Blessings, Singz4Him
