Yes, that is often a point of origin.
The few cases I heard of this being claimed have been explained as some other series of events.

It is doubtful that a human could just burst into flames. Highly doubtful.

To put it bluntly old people with weak bones find themselves unconscious and on fire by means of some external ignition source. The fire burns most of their body up, with the possible exception of some of the extremities because those extremities are not covered by as much clothing.
