Spirit of Python / Divination manifestation?

I heard a hissing sound by my bed one night...it was a VICIOUS HISS. The 1st i heard it i thought to myself hmm that sounds like a snake...so i remained in bed..the 2nd hiss...it got even more vicious and it was right by my head on the floor. I immediately shined my little flash lite to the spot where the sound was coming from...but there was nothing...i hurridly got up and got my roomate to look around but she found nothing...i was afraid to even come back in my room i knew exactly what i heard and i was not freaking out! so i immediately ran for my Bible and began to read a Psalm...and with the light on i heard the hissing sound leave.

I was so afraid..however this was last year at a time when my growth in God had become comfortable and relaxed...i was told by someone that that was God trying to get my attention (but God does not manifest fear like that does he? i would have rather a brite light beaming into my room and a voice from heavan). However i have grown with God so much over the last year that i am starting to believe and relize that that was a manifestation of the spirit of python/spirit of divination, in the same induvidual who came under the disguise to be a spiritual mother but was just trying to control me,this induvidual after some Bible studying of mine i now realize has a familiar spirit...and tho they claim to be speaking "thus saith the Lord" or thus saith the Holy Spirit...i realize in hindsight that it was only for control. The induvidal reminds me so much of the demon posessed girl in Acts 16 who said about the disciples "these men are of The Most High"...she spoke the truth but just of a different spirit. It seemed at that time to this person i was never good enough and my efforts were not pleasing to God as if i was a total failure, and i always felt so burdened by their comments. However i had a dream a few months after the hissing, that a great big albino python was wrapped around my neck and shoulders like i was wearing it as a scarf, and it was heavy, but i was wearing it as a fashion statement and in my sleep i could actually feel something like a sensation moving/sliding around my neck (in real life) and i moved my neck, thru Bible study it seems to me that at the time i was being spiritually seduced by this familiar spirit/the spirit of divination and it reflected in my dream.

Has anyone ever experience anything similar? was the hissing a manifestation of the spirit? and in the dream?

You are not losing your mind, you are right on track with the understanding you are getting. I never heard a hissing sound but I was spiritually attacked awhile ago by a demonic force that showed itself as a snake. It was a spirit of witchcraft (control and manupulation) trying to get fear in me so that I would not be obedient to the Lord and so I would not walk into the fullness of the destiny God has for me.

There is one scripture that you need to read and get it into your spirit and engrave it in your heart, then use the authority you have to rebuke the devil.

I've had many weird things happen to me, I had an experience a few weeks ago, and no one could figure it out, I knew it was from Satan.

Best thing is to keep strong, pray, read the Bible.

And also sing Christian Songs, hey I sing, but I go off tune, doesn't matter though.

Play Christian songs at night, trust me, fight the fight, keep the Lord with you, even when you sleep.

And always read the Bible before you sleep as well, and when you awake.

Now the hissing characteristics is always put down to a snake. Now the hissing can also indicate spirits that imitate cat family members.

Now snarling and barking are animalistic spirits which normally manifest from false religions, witchcraft, or satanism that has influence over a person, or through their generational line.

I've had manifestations in front of me of animalistic spirits, which have accessed the family line through bestiality, idolatry of those animals or their images.

That is why I had mentioned Hinduism. Many people have such items in their houses, and but they are not descended from Hindus.

I wasn't saying that you where descended.

I've been hearing hissing too as well of a recent dream of a handsome man throwing first a python at me while I was in a tree but I grabbed it by its heads and slung it into the woods but out of nowhere so cobra struck me in the neck and when I thought I was gonna die from venom (seeking mercy and help from wicked people that were waiting for me to die and have their way with me)...I didn't die... I've seemed to always have these vivid lingering dreams/premonitions and through blind faith see the interpretation in reality and heed its warning... We might be bruised by the enemy but greater is He that is in me is greater than anything in this world.

Remember, He who is in you is greater than he who is in this world. These definitely sound like attempts from the enemy to stir fear in your heart. Fix your eyes on Jesus. Fill your time with Praise and Worship. Keep your heart and spirit occupied with Jesus. Spend more time on prayers, worship and Bible reading. Don't just read bible, meditate and get it deep in your heart. Ask (pray) to be filled with Holy Spirit. Read scripture on Armor of God. Put on the full Armor of God. Word of God is your offensive weapon.
