I had a friend yesterday who came up to me and felt like the Lord was speaking to me in many ways, but I wasn't dealing with it the right way. He has no idea about this forum, he just got a word from the Lord. He told me he saw a vision of the Lord showing me stuff that needed to be dealt with. He then saw a huge and beautiful sword that the Lord put on the floor. I began to pick it up and then put it down and got out my small sword because it was easier. He said the large sword was the sword of the Spirit, the small one was the sword of the flesh. I can't fight principalaties after God gives me discernment with the sword of the flesh, only with the sword of the Spirit.
Anyways, what does this mean? I need to apologize that I was guilty of Lashon HaRah and used a sword in the flesh rather than in the Spirit (prophetic intercession).
I did generalize which is wrong as well. I still disagree with about three people's attitudes on this board towards christians, but I will drop it and forgive them as well. Zayit, Talmidah, and others I didn't mean to put you in the generalization.
Simchat Torah, Hix, and Heynanei(sometimes)..we will agree to disagree and move on, I am sorry and wish you well in your search for G-d.
I will say that I was hurt, and a believer shouldn't take offense, when you called me a christian youth pastor and said the messianics I am affiliated with are "christianity in a kippa." But I forgive you.
I would also like to defend myself on one point in that I never called anybody here a heretic, although I did claim I believed a doctrine spoken here about the atonement of Yeshua not being valid was heretical according to the Nicean Creed and the board rules of what heresy was. But I will agree to disagree here as well.
I did generalize and call some people on the forum legalists because of their opinion on halacha being from Sinai, I am sorry about that.
That being said, I really am not coming back because I have youth who need discipleship, projects to plan, and need time with Abba.
The cooky messianic,
Sean
