I mean, it's kind of funny and ironic to me given what the Sankt Gallen Mafia's done, but at the same time if the plot is out there in the aether then they've already failed.

I think the buzz is mostly amplifier hum. But we shall see. The book release is officially tomorrow, although lots of people undoubtedly already have their copies already.

I disagree. He can be "encouraged" to step down and then concede. Politics and wrongdoing is rampant in any institution. And the Church is no exception. Something was pretty wrong going on for a Pope to step down in the last 600 years. That just doesn't happen. Something's up.
