I have searched the Book of God from cover to cover repeatedly, marking every place where God says something good about humanity with a bold green marker. — There are no green marks in my Bible. Don Fortner

Yes it does and no you aren't missing anything. I posted it because I hear quite a bit about man's supposed goodness but it is clear from Scripture there isn't any. We may view the acts of men as good but surely God doesn't because He hasn't spoken of man as good anywhere.

The only good we have is the clothing of righteousness imputed to us by Christ at our salvation! Wondrous thought!

People can do good deeds but still they are not good people.
I always think of Abigail, sweet, kind and generous, tolerating that horrible, evil husband and later how she was so blest by becoming wife to David! What a great life change for her!
