Something nice happened to me..

Tonight I was sitting in my car at Safeway supermarket while my teens bought some snacks.. and the trolleys were directly parked in a long line in front of my car.. a guy comes along and shoves one in one end really hard..
It was so hard that the last one in the line right in front of my car popped out and hit my car..

He didn't even come over and say sorry and I was sitting in my car shocked..

Any-way a young store attendant waiting for a ride came along and took it away from the front of my car and put it back.. I thanked him..

It is so nice that there are kind young men out there in the world..

My son and daughter got back in the car and was wondering why I was waving to a young man.. LOL.. had to explain it all again..

I hope my kids would help someone out if it had of happened in front of them.. I hope I have raised them to be kind and thoughtful like that..

Did he see you sitting in your car? Maybe he didn't...or maybe he's just a jerk IDK. For every bad person in the world there has to at least be one to counter them don't you think? I hope so anyway

Not sure if he saw me... but yeah it was nice to see the two differences in men and yet the kind young man was there to save the day.. Hee hee.. thanks for commenting.. I couldn't think of anything else to add to Mature singles.. but really felt like sharing something..

Ya, we hear so many bad things that happen in the news, I think its good to counter that with some reports of good things.

Totally agree.

@peacechild4: I'm so glad that you were able to see both sides of men. Sometimes we seem to only see the bad and ignore the good, giving us a rather warped and unfair view of the opposite sex.

I will always try to see the good even in my enemies.. because that is how I choose to be..

The bad only makes me appreciate the good even more..

I rarely post on here anymore, although I have for the last few days.

Thats the way I see it too. If you don't have the bad, how can you understand that something is good?

Optimism makes the world seem such a better place.

I've been thinking lately that the sinful nature wants to make us think of the world
in negative terms. Then I see so many Christians promoting negative views of people and what's going on as if this was the worst time in history. Yet my read of history makes the time we live in very good compared to what other peoples lived thru.
