It's called "Then & Now: How Society Has Changed, and Not for the Better". It's a list of things of how they were then, and how they are now. I thought I'd share it on here. I'd really appreciate it if you read it! Here it goes: (I know, it's kinda lengthy.)

1. Then, music was actually music. Now it’s just a bunch of jumbled up noise with some ghetto lingo thrown in.

2. Then, TV shows were original. Now they just throw any half-baked idea for a show on there, and crank out episodes of it like there’s no tomorrow.

3. Then, TV & movies were more innocent. Now a lot of them revolve around cussing, vulgarity, and sex.

4. Then, you could let your kids go out and play without giving it a second thought. Now, you can’t let them out of your sight for 2 seconds without having to worry about perverts.

5. Then, kids were kids and did kid things. Now they’re little adults doing adult things.

6. Then, parents raised their kids. Now the government does.

7. Then, kids could believe in God and be raised by Christian parents without any interference. Now public schools try to make these kids believe differently, telling them that they’ve been brainwashed, and they’re stupid if they believe in God.

8. Then, kids were taught to love God and their country. Now they’re taught that God’s a myth and that He’s a “capriciously malevolent bully”, and that America and capitalism are evil.

9. Then, God was in schools. Now He’s nowhere allowed near them, and has been replaced by atheism.

10. Then, educational standards were higher. Now they’re all dumbed down.

11. Then, kids were more disciplined. Now they’re like wild animals.

12. Then, people lived by an objective moral standard (God). Now they live by their own definition of morality.

13. Then, right was right and wrong was wrong. Now, right is wrong and wrong is right.

14. Then, homosexuality was seen as (and still is) an abomination. Now it’s seen as perfectly normal, and you’re a “bigot” if you believe it’s wrong.

15. Then, life was sacred. Now countless unborn babies are referred to as “parasitic clumps of cells” and are being relentlessly murdered through abortion.

16. Then, a baby was a blessing. Now it’s seen as a “punishment”, as Obama likes to call it.

17. Then, free speech was free speech. Now it’s all about censorship so that nobody gets “offended”.

18. Then, Christians could be open, and atheists simply kept quiet. Now atheists do everything they can (including trying to use the legal system) to silence Christians.

19. Then, it was just fine to be patriotic. Now it’s seen as “offensive”.

20. Then, self-defense was self-defense. Now it seems to be a crime.

21. Then, soldiers were honored for their service. Now they’re insulted.

22. Then, sex was an intimate expression of affection between a husband and wife. Now it’s just something casual between 2 random people.

23. Then, God was in marriage, and it was, as the Bible says, becoming one flesh. Now it’s just the signing of a piece of paper.

24. Then, unmarried couples lived like they weren’t married to each other. Now they do.

25. Then, marriage was one man and one woman. Now we’ve got men marrying other men, women marrying other women, and I’m pretty sure that one day people will start marrying their pets.

26. Then, there were 2 genders: male and female. Now we have a third: transgendered.

27. Then, a family was close, loving, and stable. Now we have families that are broken, and where its members hate each other and are far apart.

28. Then, parents were a man and a woman. Now we have homosexual couples adopting kids.

29. Then, God was worshipped. Now it’s self and money.

30. Then, God was given credit for the existence of the universe. Now blind, random chance is.

31. Then, things were built to be durable and to last. Now things are so cheaply made and fall apart easily, sometimes even on its first use.

32. Then, things were simpler. Now some things are overly complicated.

33. Then, government was smaller. Now there’s a government department for just about everything.

34. Then, there were fewer taxes. Now we’re getting closer and closer to a breathing tax.

35. Then, everyone worked for a living. Now some people get their living by riding on the backs of hardworking taxpayers.

36. Then, people worked to pay for their own existences. Now not only do they work to pay for their own existences, but also for the existences of welfare junkies.

37. Then, success was rewarded. Now it’s punished.

38. Then, it was about the individual. Now it’s about the collective.

39. Then, people elected leaders who love their country. Now people elect leaders who hate and want to destroy it.

40. Then, the government served the people. Now it’s the other way around.

41. Then, people had the freedom to be responsible for their own decisions and actions. Now the government has to regulate everything.

42. Then, people could think for themselves. Now they want the government to do all that for them.

43. Then, people were themselves, and had their own personalities, taste and style. Now they copy celebrities.

44. Then, the news was about the important stuff. Now it’s just a bunch of hype with a twist to distract you from what’s really going on in the world.

45. Then, people took better care of their bodies and health. Now they just let themselves go.

46. Then, your dollar bought more. Now it’ll hardly buy anything.

47. Then, the true meaning of a holiday (such as Christmas) was celebrated. Now the corporate version is celebrated.

48. Then, it was “Merry Christmas”. Now it’s “Happy Holidays”. The word “holiday” replaces Christmas in everything: “holiday” cookies, “holiday” trees, “holiday” lights, catalogs with “Holiday [Year]” on them.

Amen...

You know the one thing about homosexuals adopting kids...is that every human being born on this planet got here through an egg and sperm...female and male...whether it's in a test tube, a science project, some form of insemination, etc...all of those children born in these scientific methods then adopted out, etc..or however they do it... are still the product of a mother and father...

I wonder how that's going to work for these children when they hit the teen years....sorry kid...we bought your dad's stuff...he really doesn't matter... we don't even know who he is...but look on the bright side...you have two mommies...

Something tells me those children aren't going to see it that way....

All we have to do is look around. We have turned into Sodom......also where people now follow celebrities more than the do the Lord.

Our values are gone where it shows in ALL of our society. People now follow people, the Lord has been in the back seat now for decades, therefore the Lord MUST discipline our nation as He IS doing right now!

HE will continue, perhaps to the complete loss of our nation. Do we deserve it? Absolutely, individually and collectively.

The biggest concern is that the enemy will manage to brainwash and destroy the lives of many more impressionable children before the final collapse. It is horribly painful and heartbreaking to go throughout the day knowing that we as individuals can't do much to protect them. You end up coming to the realization that despite your efforts and the efforts of like-minded people, only a lucky few will find themselves surrounded by those who know enough truth to protect them. Most...I don't want to think about it. Not even now.

I would say that the corruption of a mind and soul is many times worse than a brutal murder and yet this corruption is now the most common occurrence in the western hemisphere. There was a time in US history when the sociopath anti-theists were an extreme minority. Now they destroy millions in the name of progress and it's only getting started.
