Ok since there are alot of new parents here now, I thought I would compile a list of helpful information concerning shots, Tylenol and Motrin charts and other things that I have found helpful.
Vaccines:
2months you can expect to get: DTaP, HepB, IPV, PCV and Hib
4months you can expect to get: the same as 2 months
6months you can expect to get: DTaP, HepB, IPV, and PCV
9months you can expect to get: nothing
12months you can expect to get: Hib and PCV
15months you can expect to get: DTaP, VAR, and MMR
5years you can expect to get: DTaP, MMR and IPV
11-12years you can expect to get: Td
the abbrivations for the vaccines are as follows:
DTaP= Diptheria, Tetanus, Acelluar Pertussis
HepB= Hepatitis B
IPV= Inactivated Polio
Hib= H influenzae
VAR= Varivax (Chicken Pox)
MMR= Measles, Mumps, Rubella
Td= Tetanus, Diptheria
