I might as well ask you to stop being attracted to women and focus on being attracted to men...

Sexuality is a very confusing thing, and you don't understand the struggle unless you are actually living it.

I was never an alocoholic but I did drink. Any of you ever drink? Was your first drink of scotch a pleasant experience? Scotch is just plain nasty but if you keep at it you will eventually like it.

Any of you ever smoke? (I passed on that one) Was that first cigaretter pleasant or did you cough and hack, turn green, and maybe puke? It was just plain nasty but if you stayed at it then eventually many seem to have liked it as a lifestyle.

I know lots of guys from the high school years that got sick as a dog on their first big chew of tabacco. Talk at about puking sick! But after a few episodes of chewing just to fit in with that particular crowd well they just eventually got used to it and indeed the body got hooked on it.

Long story short is that you CAN train your body to like something that is really bad for it. Satan would be glad to help you, too! And the mind can be taught that right is wrong and wrong is right. The word says that in the last days that will be rather a big issue.

Consider what Paul had to say: "...whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable- If anything is excellent or praiseworthy - think about such things."

Hey, how about this? I have brown hair, but I am sick of it and really really want red hair. If I focus enough and pray about being a redhead, will I wake up one day with red hair? It worked with me and the bacon!!!!

What a terrible analogy. There's nothing wrong about having brown hair, that's how God designed you. There's everything wrong about being a homosexual, that's not how God designed you. God's about bringing us into who he's designed us to be. He's going to help you overcome your twisted human nature, like He helps everyone else whose hearts are turned toward Him.
