Above all IS good. Many of Smitty's worship songs are great. I play the guitar, piano, and sing in my youth group, so yeah I'm sorta involved in the music ministry.

Currently I'm trying to get a band going so if there are any takers....

MWSmith puts a lot of feeling in his music and makes it easy to emote as a performer. I love his stuff. Our ensemble at church loves to sing 'I can only imagine'. I really like it as I get the solo.

Great song. I love all music, but Christian music really touches me.
Before I was a Christian, I went to college (music scholarship) and I always wondered what it was about spiritual music that made my heart soar. Now (20 years later) as a Christian I know that the Holy Spirit was working on me years before I came to know the Lord.
