the sugar in the regular pop makes it sink. Found a vid about it on youtube.
also: when flies take off flying, they jump backwards on take off so when you try and swat them aim behind them not in front of them.

Crocodile hearts are probably the most complex ones on earth, far more than a human one. It has a double aorta and a valve which can direct oxygen poor blood to the stomach supply between them. There are a number of theories, from receptors (perhaps 5 angstrom apart) to disrupting the lipid bilayer of nerve membranes (recently supported by some evidence on lipid rafts, and the fact that the more lipid soluble a gas the more potent), but we just don't know - not in the sense of ultimate epistemology, but the basic sense of not knowing.

Interesting! I always wonder how ships that weigh tons and tons can float. I know basically but it is just amazing something that is that heavy could float.

New study uncovers why vultures don’t get sick from eating rotten carcasses.

Vultures can eat flesh of an animal coated with the anthrax bacteria, co-author Jong Bhak from Ulsan National Institute of Science and Technology, told Reuters. He added that the scavengers “can also eat meat infected with rabies and many other diseases that would otherwise be lethal to many other scavengers.”

You would think that Scientists would be able to discover what allows them to have immunity to those human dangers and apply it to those that have been exposed to rabies, bacteria, etc.

Flies sleep on leaves in trees. I would think that muskytoes would sleep in the day and be up at night since they are blood suckers, vampires
