Some insight into SRF???

I have a Friend whos family is into this Self-Realization Fellowship religion. I was wondering if anybody had any insight into this religion?

they appear to be a Hindu group... here's what they claim their "aims" are:

i'm guessing that they practice Kirya Yoga though i've not found anything in their teachings that is new... it's the same information represented in a new package.
