Toyota is currently not building an EV vehicle, only hybrids. That is all going to change by 2025. They are building a factory in Ky to make EV cars and they are building a mega factory in NC that will make batteries. But there is no disclosure on what battery they will build.

There has to be a reason why Toyota is not building an EV and I think it is because they do not want to use lithium because they are fighting over a limited supply.

Right now we have massive problems to provide transportation and housing for people. This is all supposed to be resolved by the year 2029 or 2030. The year 2029 is the 2,000-year anniversary of the Church from the day of Pentecost in the year 29. If Jesus was born in 5 BC. So if there is a tribulation between the church age and the kingdom age, where is it?

Right now Toyota sells a hybrid RAV4 for around $31,000 but the dealership jacks the price up to $41,000. I am advising people to wait until they quit ripping people off before they buy their next car. Maybe they need to sell them factory direct like Tesla does to prevent the dealers from jacking up the prices the way they do.

By 2030 you should be able to buy a house for $15,000 and a car for $15,000. Average wages if people get their education will be around $60,000 a year. So housing and transportation will be very affordable. Not fancy but practical and affordable. The new battery factory in NC will pay a wage of $60,000 compared to the average wage in that area of around $37,000.

The reason that we have to suffer from time-to-time with inflation, is that it is very much preferable to crippling bouts of “deflation”, there’s no winners in deflation, only survivors.

What? Where? Isn't that off by an order of magnitude? I thought the average house price was over $400,000 these days.

Connecting the Tribulation to EV's was bizarre enough, then I got there and just tuned out. Where do you begin with claims like these?

I do not know what the Tesla boxable home sells for.

Home depo sells a 2 Beds 444.3 sq. ft. home for $31,887.00.

Homes sell here for about half of what you are paying there. The house next door sold for $110,000 ten years ago and right now is worth around $220,000 if he had taken better care of it.

In some cities, homes sell for $1.

Warren Buffet says that people learn to quit wasting their money when things get expensive as they are now. My dad grew up in the depression and he never wasted money all of his life.

The Tesla tiny home can be seen here and is produced by Boxabl.

Home Depot doesn't sell homes. They're shed conversions.

According to Simplemost, Home Depot partners with a company called Tuff Shed, which specializes in making sheds of every shape and size. Tuff Sheds can have multiple floors, shuttered windows, locked doors, decks, porches, stairs, and anything else you could imagine putting into your tiny home. These sheds come in 30 different colors including varying shades of white, brown, blue, gray, or red.

Tuff Shed’s are outdoor storage sheds sold in kits. Using an outdoor storage building as the blueprint for your tiny house project is a great option because they’re sold in kits that are easily assembled. All you have to do is give the instillation team a level site, and they’ll come install your shed in just a few weeks from ordering. They also generally have a low initial build cost. Which makes these one of the best ways to get a tiny house at an affordable price.

Those tiny houses sound neat, but what if I want to have friends over. My main hobby is role playing, which involves 4-7 people sitting around a table that must be big enough to have space for a map, miniatures, notes, snacks and so on. Tiny houses can't offer enough space for that.

Look up shed conversions on YouTube. I've seen larger ones that accommodate more people.

Well then, I shall happily live in converted sheds so billionaires can fly from their mountain palace to their yachts in their private jets.

The homes are not called Tesla, they are called boxable homes. They sell for around 40 or 50 thousand. The association with Tesla is that Musk has one at his Texas factory that he uses instead of a mobile home that most people use when they are on location. Movie stars usually have very expensive mobile homes they use.

If you order one you could maybe expect delivery in about a year. Or you can go to the factory and pick it up.

Unless you're living in the middle of no-where, with a few exceptions, the major cost isn't the house, it's the land.
You can buy a lot in the city pretty cheap. In some cases for $1. They make their money off of taxes. Even when land sold for fifty cents an acre the taxes were $2.

HUD sells those houses to local communities, not individuals.

That's what I've seen in my area. Some went to non-profit groups that converted them into urban farms to address food deserts.

What do you imagine is going to happen in the next sevenish years that will reduce the cost of those by 2/3 to reach the $15,000 price prediction in the OP?

I had read about these online last year. They call them accessory dwelling units and they have become popular in America with families and friends.

My daughter needed a place to move as her landlord doubled her rent after covid last year. She really couldn't afford enough space for her children and herself. So we worked it out so she and the grandkids moved into my house and we ordered me a TuffShed from Home Depot. The Sundance series. 12×16 ft was less than $10,000 after being built in one day. It was the middle of June last year.

I ran some electricity from the breaker box on a 20A circuit into my accessory dwelling unit with eight outlets on the walls and one on the ceiling with a wall switch for the ceiling fan. The air conditioner barely kept the temperature tolerable, so I was quickly motivated to tack some insulation in the walls and ceiling. Then I put some 3/8" drywall up on the walls. I did all the electrical, insulation and drywall for a little over $1,000. It holds heat better than my house lol.

I absolutely love it. I have my privacy yet I have loved ones in the house again.

Cheaper materials, more efficient production, lower energy cost. The first town is always the most difficult, then over time, they can lower the cost. Right now he plans to build a town for the employees at SpaceX in Texas. It is not unusual for a manufacturer to provide housing for their employees. Of course, if you had a situation where if you lose your job you lose your home that could be a real disaster. ,

What will cause the cost of materials and energy go down?

Musk has all kinds of plans, they are largely vaporware.

I look forward to a modern take on 16 tons.
