Indra was raped and tortured by a man. She saw the world in a different way and was devastated by what happened to her. Indra was a young woman and decided she would not have a child in her life because her child could be raped and tortured too. Indra knew that God loved her but that God was not powerful enough to stop her from being raped and tortured and she could not risk it happening to her child. Indra moved to a cabin in the mountains and she found peace in reading God's word. She understood that life was not a safe place but that God did love her and tried His best to care for her. Indra learned every day, ways in the Bible to cope with the darkness in life. She found out it was not her fault she had been raped and tortured but that life was a somber place and that it was better to be close to God. Indra knew that the man who raped and tortured her had not been a good person and that he must have had alot of evil in his life to hurt her so badly. Indra knew that one day the man would have to give an account for his sins against her. Indra knew that he was not truly repentant and that he was an evil man. She had wondered what the chances were of her meeting such a evil man and she felt the chances were slim. She knew she would not risk that happening to a child of hers. She felt that even though she did not have a child, that she still loved her child in its nonexistence. Indra read the Bible every day and listened to soothing nature music to calm herself. She knew that one day God would comfort her in death and that she would have deep peace.
