Okay, some moments of ttc are funny. Like the other week my husband laughed a good belly laugh when I told him I'd think we'd have more luck sneaking around in the back of the car to get pregnant than in our own bed.

That and laughing at the diagrams of some of the positions books suggest to get pregnant. I mean for some swear you'd have to be a pretzel!

I know, some of the techniques all the expert say work, it's like you have to be a contortionist with 4 extra arms. And yet women are "accidentally" getting pregnant the old fashioned way. Go figure.

Yeah, some people have all the luck. My BIL likes to point out him and his now Ex-wife got pregnant within the first 3 weeks they knew eachother....I really wish I had a mean glare down for those moments.

don't worry it will happen. It took me 2 months to get pregnant after going off the pill, now my son is 1 y/o. We are trying again, so we will see how long it takes this time.

My husband and I have been ttc for almost 6 years. We started trying after we got pg in October unplanned and then had an m/c. It has been a very long and very frustrating road.

Linnis, have you read Taking Charge Of Your Fertility by Toni Weschler? It's really informative and works very well for achieving pregnancy (or so I'm told!).
