Seems like the only people who would know the reasons would be the patient, of course, and possibly the doctor -- and neither of them have any incentive to turn themselves in.

Don't be silly -- the "unborn" are only a cause worth fighting for as long as they remain "unborn."

How I wish CF had SYMBOLS that one could use that should when you didn't like a post....it would be much better if they did. Life is not a bed of roses. I greatly dislike your post....

That CF has no such symbol merely means you have to be more creative.

For example, CF has no "indifferent" symbol, either, but...

True, but it helps illustrate my point about the need to be creative when it comes to expressing indifference.

I understand the moral objections. But state legislators should not be making medical decisions regarding what a woman can do with her uterus. At least up to a point.

And even if this law is upheld, women who have firmly decided to terminate the pregnancy, will go to another state. In Illinois, the Chicago Abortion Fund (CAF, a fully private organization) helps to pay for abortion services in the state, including travel expenses and accommodations. TN is in their service area.

Yep.

I don't want to see abortions happening, but the ideology that says "no" to abortion and also "no" to free healthcare to help families take care of and raise those same children is rank hypocrisy.
