My brother played a game in bio-feedback therapy which involved brain electrodes, and calming oneself.
The game is comprised of three rockets, each its own color, representing a specific feeling (ie, stress, relaxation, ect.), and you are assigned to make one win. For instance, the green "relaxed state" rocket. The game is hard, because it often send you on a spiral; The green rocket is doing good, so you get excited, and the red rocket shoots up, then you get stressed because of it and the yellow shoots up, and you get anxious so they both shoot up a ton. Apparently its very effective.
