After being struck by lightning 3 times in 8 years, a Wyoming man is suing God.

““I’m suing for a hundred million bucks, and I know God can afford it,” says Wilding, a 37-year-old rancher who recently filed a lawsuit against the Lord.

“Sure, I’ve broken a couple of Commandments in my day. I’ve told a few white lies. I shoplifted a couple things when I was a kid. And I think my neighbor’s wife is pretty hot.

“But this punishment is way out of line for those sins. The Big Guy is going to have to settle with me on this one.”

That is a hoot! Couple of points though I think that lawyer might want to think about.

Now I don't know if the first time that dude was around any metal objects, but the second and third time I'd bet he was. The one time there he said he was on a camping trip with the wife, and I'll bet he was touching the metal tent posts, and the other time he was repairing fences, I'll bet those were metal too. Sounds like he needs to use some common sense when around metal. Everyone knows you don't get around metal objects when in storm, seems to be like negliance on the man's part if ya ask me
