I think that most of the people who think that Biden won because of vote fraud are people who don't believe in 'one man/one vote.' They think their votes should count for more than the 'coastal elites,' or people of color, or people who live in cities. They believe it's ok to gerrymander so that progressive votes will be minimized. They are angry but they lost fair and square.
