If you don't then perhaps you should consider the fact that the organization doesn't actually help black people in any way despite having both the means and opportunity to do so.

That’s not true.Only American right wing groups have condemned it.
If you say so...
Is that what it is supposed to do? A sort of Black Community Chest? And who says that protest itself is not a good thing?
BLM has reverberated round the world. Only American right wing groups have condemned it. We see it as an attempt to gain the attention of people to the systematic racial prejudice of American society.
Most people who have observed demonstrations understand that they tend to attract fringe elements with their own agendas. They are a distraction, like wasps at a picnic. BLM attracts hangers-on from the left, unsurprisingly; right wing gatherings get their share of KKK sympathisers, Oath-Keepers and other oddballs and extremists.
Fringe groups distract from the central message. In the case of BLM, the systematic racism present in society. (Yes, we have it too.)
Did you mean to quote me with that, or did you do it by accident?
Why?
What does the group do? You know...besides marching around and making ridiculous suggestions that they don't really mean like "defund the police".
If you lend your money or support....it won't ever go towards anything other than more complaining. Buy a t-shirt if you want but let's stop pretending this is activism. It's the appearance of moral validation sold as activism.
I can't help but wonder if we get similar threads if a leader in the American Heart Association or the Red Cross left their job? If not, one can't help but wonder about the reason for this thread. If you don't then perhaps you should consider the fact that the organization doesn't actually help black people in any way despite having both the means and opportunity to do so.
You manage to ignore the endless list of unarmed black people being murdered by the police quite effectively, so why would this prove a challenge for you?
It’s not a long list. In fact, it’s much shorter than a) the list of whites killed by officers; b.) the list of blacks killed by blacks; and c.) the list of aborted black babies.

Are you African American?
If not , I would suggest leave that up-to African-American to decide what helps Black people and what doesn’t.
White Americans don’t need to “educate” African American what is good for them and what is not.
The audacity of White American to educate African -American is so repugnant.
No.
Why? Am I not just as entitled to my opinion?
Remarkably, though the last 10 years have seen an almost endless stream from African Americans lecturing white Americans on how to feel, think, and behave....I don't recall you voicing your disgust once.
Perhaps you should take your own advice on not lecture anyone at all.

Can I quote an African-Canadien about the evils of BLM? Is that acceptable? Are you African American? Under what authority are you speaking for me?No, you can’t. Because it is like a white man say “I am not racist, look I have a black friend”.
This is classic Fox news / conservative media tactic against minorities - they bring 1-2 conservatives African-American to speak against BLM or other African Americans policy, or bring Hispanic to talk about immigration and then they claim these 1% minorities speaks for the other 99%.
I am not interested to hear about one African-Canadian, or one Africa-American leader of BLM chapter in some NY. Unless you can show me majority African-Americans are against BLM, I am not interested.
