I wonder how many wars we would be rushing into, as a result of a bunch of lawmakers sitting around getting stoned.xAtheistx said:When I think of pot being legal, I think of our lawmakers being stoned. And then I cry.
If our lawmakers were stoned, think about it, our government might actually get something done. If everyone was stoned no one would try and argue against anything, they just wouldnt care. lolxAtheistx said:When I think of pot being legal, I think of our lawmakers being stoned. And then I cry.
Yes. If not only for the effect of taxing it heavily and getting rid of all the violence associated with drug trafficking.TheBear said:Is it moral and ethical? Should it be legalized?

It's immoral as long as it's illegal.

Amsterdam. And some very harsh penalties for smoking it around children.

I don't believe you can get high from second-hand maryjane smoke. However, there are many more healthy methods of consumption, espically eating. I agree that children should not be getting high, but you can't half-way legalize it. It should be avaliable for consumption and cultivation in the household.I would like to say yes it should be legal but then I think of people sitting around smoking pot with children in the same room and I think of little kids getting high from passive smoking and I think 'not good', if it is legalised I think it should only be legal in certain environments, like special cafe's such as the ones in . . . .
