  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.
  • We hope the site problems here are now solved, however, if you still have any issues, please start a ticket in Contact Us

I got some at Wal-mart for the fun of it. They say you eat them a half an hour ebfore you eat, and they help you lose weight. I did it for about a week- they DID make my appetite smaller. They just make you not eat as much as you normally do, but I doubt that they actually help you lose weight.

There is no miracle pill, (or mints) to get you in shape...a healthy body is a dedication and a responsibility to yourself to be the best you can be, and for most you have to take the road to exercise, eating properly, and the fortitude to believe in yourself and want to succeed. Just remember it takes a long time to get out of shape, and getting back into shape takes more than the hype of pills and quick fixes. We must all treat our bodies as temples of the Lord, and I don't recall the Bible saying anything about Slim-Fast. (sorry for the joke)

blessings,
