I was so big I pretty much had to lay on one side or the other...if I was laying flat on my back I had a terrible time breathing and would wake up dizzy and coughing. With laying on my sides I would wake up hurting...my whole left or right side asleep. It was so uncomfortable those last couple of months. Not to mention when you get in the perfect position and then have to go pee.
