Silent Dove
Psalm 56:1
Like a silent dove in a distant land,
No man of fame may know my life
No one may sing my praise
but You still dwell within my heart.
Like a silent dove in a distant land,
My failures may not harmor kill,
No one may die because I sin,
But You forgive me still.
Like a silent dove in a distant land,
No one may know when I fall ill,
No one may care when my life ends,
But I know that You will .
("Blessed are the poor in spirit, For theirs is the kingdom of heaven." Matthew 5:3)
("Look at the birds of the air, for they neither sow nor reap nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not of more value than they?" Matthew 6:26)
