Which shrek is better?
I love both, but which do you choose?

Um I love both. The second one was cleaner and had Puss but I think the first was funnier. Dunno. I loved Donkey's kids!!! I want one!

I beleive 2, had more chances for sequels.
1-shrek3-the swamp life
2-donkeys-jackass dragons.(I personally shorten this name but it is a PG show.)
3-Story with Puss-n-Boots.

My daughter always grabs her hat and gives me the Puss face.

i think the first was better at the time, even though i'm completely sick of it. but when it was out, i watched it again and again, but i don't think i'd be able to do that with shrek 2... still awesome though.

they were both so great! shrek 1 had a better plot but 2 had puss in boots who was soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo cute and cuddly. i picked 1 cuz it was sheer genius.

I liked both of them. The first one was cleaner (I read that someone else said the second was cleaner), and that was shown a LOT when I saw the second one. The second one had a lot of hidden sexual induindoes (sp) and movie spoofs that if you didn't know they were there...you would have never caught it. Heh, but yeah. I liked 'em both.

I loved Shrek 1, but Shrek 2 has a lot of LITTLE details that you sometimes don't catch the first or even second time you watch that movie. And I love that.

Shrek 2 is a little bit better than Shrek 1 because of Puss in Boots. I love that cat!

Number 1 was better, followed a better story and it was a fresh concept using a traditional formula (the girl stuck in the castle etc etc etc)

I felt number two was too 'Hollywood' - didn't like it.

Shrek 2. Who can not just fall in love with Puss in Boots? Sure, the movie script was a little less original, but the characters were much better!

I like both but Puss in boots is my all time favorite esp during the hair ball scene and the one where he looks so sweet and innocent and then karate chops those guys I also love the ending on both movies
