Yes I truly meant it. lol I do not like halloween and do not celebrate it, but if people are going to do it anyway then at least give the glory to God for it.

What an interesting idea.... Thinking on the how part. (Like one thought that comes to me is to wear a church tshirt and just be truly friendly and open and thus make a few wish to meet you again, like come to church and see for themselves, because of the love.)
