Should I get Fable?

I have Fable and it's ok. I'd either rent it or buy it used first, since it doesn't appeal to everyones tastes.

Two things that kept Fable from being one of the best Action Role Playing Games of all time.
1. It was short, very short.
2. It was very easy.( U could handicap yourself by not using so much of your power)

You just didn't get that satisfaction of working to succeed in your goals, it was just too easy.

It wasn't that bad, like these guys are making it out to be.
The game is fun, and it is different than Kotor.

Kotor is a role playing game.
Fable is an action role playing game, like Zelda.

Both are good games, but kotor was better made.

Im playing fable atm. Im glad i didnt pay $50 for it, but it is enjoyable so far, but i am only about 4 hours into the game.

Definatly get Fable. People bash it because it didn't live up to the hype and didn't include a lot of the promised features, but if you're getting it now...well, you probably didn't hear all about that, so you'll go in fresh as a daisy and I'm sure you'll love it. Also pick up Lost Chapters with it. You could probably get both for a total of less than $40, in fact.

Not that good? What reviews were you reading? PS2Fanboy Magazine's? All I saw for it were scores of 8-10, which is pretty damn good.

i though fable was a good game, it was fun and doesn't take itself to seriously. just play it and have fun with it their a lots of quests to do and the environments are really pretty and combat is awsome

Fable was alright, fun for a bit but nothing like it promised to be. Get KOTOR and KOTOR 2. KOTOR 2 was much better imo, better story, more items, better graphics a tad (animations)

That game was God among games. It did have a few hicups but overall it was an amazing game.

All I heard about it is that there were tons of glitches that kept you from even progressing in the game.
