Not entirely true. Hamas governs the Gaza Strip. However, the Fatah party governs the West Bank.

Nonetheless its still safer for a Muslim in Israel than a jew in the West Bank or Gaza strip.

Because I am not the kind of racist who blames an entire people for the sins of an older generation.
It is one thing to note what happened in history to bring a situation about... it is quite another to ignore that fact that one party is currently acting far more belligerently in the CURRENT situation.
I'll add that there is one place where all the citizens get to vote in a functional Democracy, without coercion... and it isn't Gaza.
There is one place that members of multiple religions can practice their faith openly, and it isn't the West Bank.
There is one place that minorities such as Homosexuals can exist without officially sanctioned persecution, and it isn't anywhere under the government of the Palestinian Authority.
Arguing that Jewish terrorism in the 1940s is reason to deny sympathy to modern Israel is about as rational as denying sympathy to modern Japanese because of what happened at Pearl Harbour in 1941
