Not "a sheep nation", since sheep and goats can both be found everywhere, in every city, in every nation.
And most nations are not sheep nor goats, but all nations are gathering together against the people of YHWH.(i.e. all nations are doing as written in Scripture elsewhere, following other gods/ opposing the one true GOD) ... Notice in Jakarta the last couple years, the one Christian leader was deposed.

Replace "nations" with "peoples" or "people" if you like. (for this question).

Read the context (in the Bible) of sheep and goats (it is all printed in english in the same Bible).

What YHWH says in His Word is very simple concerning this.

At this particular moment of time I cannot think of a single Western country that would come even close to being a sheep nation, most, if not all, seem to be more akin to being goats or even Tasmanian Devils.
