• The General Mental Health Forum is now a Read Only Forum. As we had two large areas making it difficult for many to find, we decided to combine the Mental Health & the Recovery sections of the forum into Mental Health & Recovery as a whole. Physical Health still remains as it's own area within the entire Recovery area.

    If you are having struggles, need support in a particular area that you aren't finding a specific recovery area forum, you may find the General Struggles forum a great place to post. Any any that is related to emotions, self-esteem, insomnia, anger, relationship dynamics due to mental health and recovery and other issues that don't fit better in another forum would be examples of topics that might go there.

    If you have spiritual issues related to a mental health and recovery issue, please use the Recovery Related Spiritual Advice forum. This forum is designed to be like Christian Advice, only for recovery type of issues. Recovery being like a family in many ways, allows us to support one another together.   • Starting today August 7th, 2024, in order to post in the Married Couples, Courting Couples, or Singles forums, you will not be allowed to post if you have your Marital status designated as private.   • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

she out of my life but i feel she is here flashbacks feeling like i did something wrong , was i born just for her to do that maybe my life means nothing i feel like am nothing feel like dirt
she is out my life but she is affecting me now its been a longtime since am talked about my littles here as i didnt want people to call them demons there apart of me the littles are scared because they have hidden for so long because of her my husband is very supportive and looks after us all we are here please dont call my alters demons call them my alters or alter egos just not demons my mother sexually , mentally and psyically abused me she made us when she abused us we are dealing with the fallout now and a wave of pain is enormous

Jesus is the Gentle Shepherd and He knows every child alter within you. He longs to bring each one to a safe place within you that He has designed and created for you. So when your littles are afraid they can come to the safe place and find comfort and protection from the enemy. Ask Jesus to show you that special place and He will be faithful to bring you there. Though most Christians do not understand that your alters are a part of you and are NOT demons, there are those that do. I am one of those who understands the difference between alters and demons. Try not to listen to the lies of the enemy, and trust Jesus to protect and care for you. Jesus is very patient and gentle, and He loves each one of your alters. Talk to Him and trust Him to take your hand and walk you safely through this storm. He loves you and will keep you as He always has, and will bring you into His Garden He has designed for you. We live in a dark and wicked day where men's hearts are corrupt, and because of this they have brought much harm to the innocent, but Jesus knows how to keep His own even, in times of great suffering and trials. Trust Him, dear one, and believe that He loves you, and that He is with you to heal and restore back to you what the enemy of this world has taken from you.

I pray Jesus bless and keep you always, and fully restore and heal you to His glory. You are a gift from God, and loved deeply by Him.
