I have herd a little on The Gap Theory. Have you herd of it? If you have what do you think of it?

Me? I havent looked into it enuff to even understand it let alone have an opinion.

Is the Gap theory to do with Creationism, or something else?

Like I said I'm not sure on all its assumptions but its about a time span that is claimed to have happened between Genesis 1:1 and Genesis 1:2. I think they say the time span is sapost to be like millions of years. And during this time gap is sapost to be when Lucifer got kicked out of heaven. And it also points out Genesis 1:28 when God tells them to REplenish the earth. Because to REplenish the earth means its been plenished once, or more times already. Thats all I know about it but I belive there is alot more to it.

In gen 1:1 - God created the heavens and the earth. Full stop. Somehow - between somthing happens between 1:1 and 1:2 to cause the earth to become without form and void. If you go back to the hebrew - you will find that the word usually translated as WAS has the fuller meaning of to become.
