My wife just gave birth to our third child (girl 6lbs 6oz) last Monday - three weeks early but she is very healthy and doing good.
What I wanted to share with you all however is that she had to go into the hospital 8 days before our baby was born due to complications that put her (my wife) at risk. It was a very trying time for us as we prayed and sought God's will in having a third child before trying to have her - and this entire pregnancy has been very difficult. After her C-section my wife's doctor came to me and told me that when they took the baby from the womb that the ambilical chord was wrapped around her neck a few times and that had my wife carried her full term the baby would have been in great danger. It makes my wife and I think that her complications came up so that she would have to have the C-section now - before our baby could be put into danger.
It is just amazing for my wife and I to see God work in things like this - and to be used in such a way that displays His soverign will and mercy unto His own glory is truly amazing to us!
