  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.
  • We hope the site problems here are now solved, however, if you still have any issues, please start a ticket in Contact Us

The child says to his father, “But I don’t want to share my toys with them!”
The father asks, “Why do you not want to share your toy?”

“Because it is mine!” the child answers.

The father responds, “Son, I gave this toy to you because I love you, but I love other children as well. I gave you my love as an example of how to love other people as well, especially your brothers and sisters. Sharing is a way to show your love to both myself and to others. Do you love me?”

“Yes.”

“If you love me, then you will also love others, and if you love others, you will share with them the gift that I have given to you.”

The child reluctantly shares his toy, but as they continue to share the toy among themselves, the child finds that he enjoys his toy even more when he shares it with others.
