  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

I got bored last night and made necklace charms out of porcelain. The octopus is a bit big but it's for M, who is obsessed with them. I hope it doesn't break. It's so fragile right now I'm afraid to pick it up.

Next on the list is a starfish and a seahorse.



Oh and scale? The owl is about an inch. Though he's a bit special looking, I might need to come up with a better design.

I'm glad you could tell it was a feather! I thought it looked a little weird.

Also, the owl is so sad. I took another picture just now so you could see how "special" he is. :/




It's just hard getting detail that small. And when porcelain is wet it's almost mushy.

Nice pics . Ok, I'm gonna do something here I don't remember ever doing, showing pictures of myself ! These are several months old, but still some of my favorites. The first was taken at Luxembourg City, Luxembourg and the second is from Cochem Castle in Cochem, Germany. Best trip ever !!!
