Though the signs might occur, they have nothing to do with "things to come". Astrological predictions go back to before the Bible was ever written. Many pagan cults based their ideas on such observations. Though many Christians today would say that astrology is evil, much of the Christian faith is based on the same astrological superstition that plagued the minds of countless ancient thinkers. Like fish in a bowl, they had nothing better to do in those days but to look up and observe. Space was the only place they could see and wonder about the things happening in a universe they didn't quite understand.
Like the Mayans, Egyptians, and all other ancient civilizations, they were limited in their understanding of astrophysics yet they had the ambition to diligently record the most Minor details of celestial events. This, along with mathematics, allowed them to speculate on all kinds of repeating patterns as presented in an automatic, clockwork universe. And they would attribute these mystical events to outside agents because the coincidences that were so bounded to the basic laws of probability were far beyond their ability or desire to rationally interpret them as naturally occurring.
The Bible, along with the Christian faith is so stitched together by knowledge and ideas from other religions that it's not surprising that astrology had it's 2 cents in it as well - or about 35 cents. In fact, if the Bible did not contain so many ideas passed down from much older religions, and still maintained it's dominant position in our way of thinking today, there would probably be less unbelievers.... Probably.
The fact that ambiguous events pertaining to our future are more likely to occur in one form or another - given enough time - whatever form such an event might take is still only perceived through the lens of biased opinion rather than solid fact.
Sure it might be a fact that the hosts of heaven will line up as explained in the video, on the exact date that is predicted. But to interpret a 3 dimensional observation from a single angle when there are many more unseen faces beyond our comprehension is like looking at a drawing of an elephant from a flush horizontal perspective and calling it a smudge on paper. Even an elephant can hold a brush and "paint" a smudge. Yet any books that might have been written explaining that pigs would fly when an elephant paints would surely influence the idea that such an event would occur the moment someone witnessed the animal taking a brush to paper.
The same goes with 4 dimensional theory wherein a single cube in our dimension can be perceived from any 3d angle and still be recognized as a cube. But that same cube can also be mathematically idealized as having 5 more "sides" each in the form of single cube but making up a hypercube which our senses can not fathom. So to say that a cube is only a cube and nothing more could very well be a false perception.
Cosmic events continue to fuel our superstition even though what we observe as "significant" are instead independent instances of the interaction of matter through space. These instances are millions of light-years away from one another and any relation between them, besides the very weak force of gravity, is but a perception.
Sure it's fun to study the marvels of the heavens in any way we might desire, but don't stake your destiny on it as if you'd be rewarded for your efforts.
There are many "signs"out there. Some have meaning and purpose within themselves and we act on them daily. But the rest just give the illusion of purpose and when it is utilized by the wrong hands, bad things can indeed happen. Take the example of the Heavens Gate cult, who killed themselves under the delusion that the appearance of a comet contained their salvation.
Innocent lives no longer with us because they bought in to one man's interpretation of a natural cosmic event.
Peace.

I only saw one mention of this prediction, and then I totally forgot it was today.
