• Starting today August 7th, 2024, in order to post in the Married Couples, Courting Couples, or Singles forums, you will not be allowed to post if you have your Marital status designated as private. Announcements will be made in the respective forums as well but please note that if yours is currently listed as Private, you will need to submit a ticket in the Support Area to have yours changed.

  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.
  • We hope the site problems here are now solved, however, if you still have any issues, please start a ticket in Contact Us

I am so sorry you are going through this.

When I first was seprated years ago it was the worst time in my life.

My only advice would be as respect yourself and do not play into the evil taht exsists around all this.

Give it to God he will help you
God Bless you and thank you. I appreciate everyone on Christian Forums. You have been wonderful!

When I was separated, I just totally focused on my teen and my church. I didn't even try to think about my marriage because it was such a mess. What I found was that when I became deeply involved with my church (and prayer and bible study), I was more at peace. I handed my future over to the Lord. My husband and I are still on very shaky ground, but my spiritual growth is is continuing. I focused on what I could change (my faith) and tried to let God handle what I couldn't (my marriage).

Amen, thank you so much! Today I decided to enroll in our Bible College. I am currently attending Strayer University for a Degree in Business Administration. This would keep me even more busy and busy in the word! God is good! Thank you for your encouraging words. You are a blessing!

You're welcome.
I hope that things work out for you soon. I know the pain of separation and it's hard.
May the Lord do great things in your life!
Take Care,

Do you want the separation? If not, pray for the Lord's will and wisdom in your life. Put on the mind of Christ each day.

Soak yourself in the Word, and remember whose child you are.
