Seeking the truth.

Hello everyone, I am a young man searching for the truth, I believe this amazing world has to be made by an amazing creator. I'm searching for the way to God especially in Islam and Christianity. I don't want to be narrow-minded.

I have a Muslim friend and I asked him why do you believe you're in the right path, he told me from the Quran and Sunnah:
1-We will show them Our signs in the horizons and within themselves until it becomes clear to them that it is the truth. But is it not sufficient concerning your Lord that He is, over all things, a Witness? (Quran 41:53)
2-Prophet Muhammad peace be upon him said, “Every Prophet was given miracles on account of which their people believed; but, I have been given divine revelation which Allah has revealed to me, so I hope that my followers will outnumber the followers of other Prophets on Resurrection Day.”

I know Christian people but they don't have a large amount of knowledge, so I though I should register and ask in a Christian forum.

The difference is that Jesus was not just a Prophet he was the Word of God and he did not come to gain followers or to have a competition but instead to save His people. Big Difference.
