There were and always shall be PLENTY of different media outlets available. Why does one of them HAVE TO BE the Associated Press??? Also, I literally posted a link giving the transcript for that entire town hall meeting in the Pentagon.

Because the Associated Press is the source of national and internationaWhl news for most of the smaller news outlets in the country, outlets who can't afford to keep a staffer in D.C.

I'm not sure what has happened with Hegseth's visit, but MSNBC said it's been a disaster so far (and I would believe that more than any puff piece posted.) They also said that teachers on the military base in Belgium were so worried about Hegseth's wife visiting. They took down pictures of Harriet Tubman. Origami cranes (made by children in Nagasaki after the atomic bomb gave so many radiation poisoning). Rainbows.

The poor international teachers assumed the worst about Mrs. Hegseth, assuming she would be angry that a picture of Harriet Tubman would be in the classroom during Black History Month!!!

What kind of sick minds would it take to demand the removal of Harriet Tubman's picture during Black History Month in a school that teaches children of the military---which has a higher African-American population than our general population.

Will the president of the World Wrestling Foundation care that we can't celebrate Black History Month? Will she want to replace Harriet Tubman's picture with Hulk Hogan?

I don't like the holiday theme embedded into the forums. Therefore, long ago, I checked a box in my account settings to disable that feature.
