Is there still a way to get printable versions of threads?
Hi everyone,
Our new style is now live. Our new style is available by choosing Modern Christian Forums from drop down menu here: http://www.christianforums.com/account/preferences
I'm not sure all of them are actually guests as some came back after the forum change and their accounts needed work to get out of the guest house. Some people seem to be noted as Guest.
They are posting but do not show up as
members. How do we put them on ignore
if we choose to? Thanks.
I think the rules have a section dealing with posting the same thing over and over (spamming) you could report the post(s). Is their name "Guest" or is the text below their name "Guest"?Will I eventually be able to put them on ignore? Thanks.
Some write the same posts, and even long posts just over and over
again.
Have to wait for the tech guy to respond but I'm thinking they have "damaged" accounts essentially they weren't all the way imported properly from the old CF forum database to the new CF forum software/database.It is the text under their name. I can't give them likes or such either. These people just can't seem to
be found, yet they post.
I'm not the tech person but I did see someone who was a "Guest" (under his name) that exhibited the same symptoms you are talking about that came to the Q&A thread and posted and had the Tech guy to sort things out for him and is no longer a "Guest".I appreciate you looking into this. Thanks.
I was wrong about the post being in the Q & A thread it is here http://www.christianforums.com/threads/account-issues.7879997/page-5#post-67526688 and the thread is closed I think nowInteresting. Thanks. I hadn't seen anyone else refer to this situation yet.
