Maybe I would say that after all the false stories and character assignations by innuendo they accidentally got one right, but they didn't now did they?

Was Giuliani running for office?

It would seem as waiting until it's politically convenient to allow certain information pertaining to a person or thing that's only indirectly related to a current political situation isn't a rare tactic these days.

While it's true that Rudy wasn't running for anything, and not directly involved with the campaigns of a lot of the people who were running, he's associated, by proxy, to candidates who were "Trump candidates"... There is a parallel to the Hunter Biden situation. Hunter wasn't running for anything... yet they squashed news stories about him, and waited until after the presidential election was over to announce that they'd be launching a probe into him relating to potential tax and gun charges.
