We have been molded by people. The ones who's loved you, and the ones who's hurt you. We have been molded by our experiences, the good ones and the bad ones. In a way everyone that you've come in contact with have chipped away and help mold you into the art piece that you are. Im grateful for the ones that the bible have input in my life. Such as character, hope, and most importantly my love for God

Yes, everyone is a teacher according to Scripture. We learn both things not to do as well as opposite. As we're learning, we're also teaching others.
Yes i agree. This is the reason why i love this forum. I can preach on the word and i can learn in the process

What fascinates you about it?

The fact that you matched your comments with an image of a sculpture made it more real for me. I have heard things similar to this before, but this is the first time it has been so nicely articulated.

"In a way everyone that you've come in contact with have chipped away and help mold you into the art piece that you are." My favorite part.

Thank you that means alot to me. Im a student myself and in your quote i was quoting someone i greatly admire- Florence Littauer. She is well known for her books on the theory of the 4 Temperaments. Like you said this is way i was able to articulate and communicate so well. The theory of the temperaments has opened me up to a brand new world. Now i know people

I've read a little about the temperaments myself, and have found it to be eye-opening, and a way for us to be a little more understanding and aware of people and their behaviors.

Yes especially when it comes to christians. It helps us be more aware of our struggles, temperaments tend to struggle more with one sin over the other. With that logic based on one of the four temperaments you are born with you can pretty much ball park your pre-dipostions towards a particular sin. In other words based on my temperament my biggest struggle is selfishness and fear. On the other hand when someone is born with an extreverted temperament their biggest struggles in life usually revolve around anger. Theres an author his name is Tim Lahaye he wrote a great deal about this in his book called- Spirit controlled temperament. Its the thoery of the four temperaments and he equips us with biblical sciptures on overcoming our pre-disposed weakness hence the word "spirit".

Yes. Just be aware that he wrote several versions of the same book. The last one that he wrote is probably the best because of all the newer info that he added in it. Its like buying your favorite movie with bonus features! It so good that it helped me pick my major in college which im in school for as we speak. He goes into details about temperaments and our choic of vocation aka the ideal jobs for each temperament. Thats why im studying mechanical engineering UCF

I'm not sure which edition I have. I bought it about 10 years ago. Suffice to say, it transformed how I view myself, my family, and the people around me. Wow, that's pretty cool about your studies. So, how does it suit you?

Im Phlegmatic. Generally we are good with education because of our peaceful natures, retentive minds, and our ability to communicate with evryone generally because phlegs are really nice people. We make good counselors because of our objective approach to problems- this also makes us good diplomats. We can see and communicate the problem without being invloved. Phlegs have high mechanical apptitude by nature because of our slow burning drive. We are never in a hurry. So because of that we make good mechanics, painters, glass blowers, photographers, maintenance, anything that requires meticulous patience. In the end it came down to personal experience. When i was growing up alot of my family were car mechanics because of our family tradition. So i saw myself doing this too, only I'm deciding to take it a step further. Im going to be a mechanical engineer
